Spain's antitrust body probes local operators
Spain's anti-trust regulator confirmed yesterday it had launched an investigation into the country's three main operators over alleged breaches of fair competition rules. Spain's Competition Commission (CNC) said it will probe the local arms of Telefonica, Vodafone and Orange into allegations that the three deliberately set high wholesale prices to squeeze profitability at MVNOs. The probe follows a complaint by the Spanish arm of the UK's BT Group.R
